GULF OF MEXICO. DNC 15. PLATFORM ON FIRE IN 27-52.31N 091-59.11W AT 080720Z NOV. 47 PERSONS IN LIFEBOAT. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC NEW ORLEANS, PHONE: 504 589 6225, FAX: 504 589 2148, E-MAIL: D8COMMANDCENTER@USCG.MIL.
