MAN OVERBOARD FROM VESSEL IN 19-17.4S 036-10.2W AT 210600Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
