UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP RAYMOND CROZE WITH SUBMERSIBLE IN AREA BOUND BY 31-30.55N 029-20.65E, 31-23.90N 029-36.85E, 31-21.25N 029-46.65E, 31-19.40N 029-50.55E, 31-13.60N 029-55.00E, 31-13.40N 029-52.80E, 31-18.15N 029-48.05E, 31-18.60N 029-34.95E, 31-24.10N 029-17.30E. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
