WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. STRAIT OF FLORIDA. DNC 15. DISTRESS SIGNALS RECEIVED VICINITY 25-00N 080-00W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO U.S. COAST GUARD MIAMI, PHONE: 305 415 6800, E-MAIL: RCCMIAMI@USCG.MIL.
