PUERTO RICO-SOUTHWEST COAST. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 17-57.6N 067-22.5W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO USCG SAN JUAN, PHONE: 787 289 2041, E-MAIL: SSJCC@USCG.MIL.
