NORTH SEA. DNC 20. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V HAVILA PHOENIX WITH SUBMERSIBLE IN VICINITY 51-20N 002-07E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
