1. UNDERWATER CABLE OPERATIONS 27 FEB UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V CERTAMEN WITHIN THREE MILES OF 35-30.5N 012-38.5E. ONE MILE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 405/02.
