EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. PUERTO RICO. DNC 14. DERELICT LIFERAFT ADRIFT IN 16-38.5N 065-55.49W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RSC SAN JUAN, PHONE: 787 289 2041, E-MAIL: SSJCC@USCG.MIL.
