WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. DNC 16, DNC 17. VESSEL SINKING IN 33-09.43N 075-20.17W AT 112342Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC NORFOLK, PHONE: 757 398 6231, FAX: 757 398 6392, E-MAIL: D05-SMB-D5CC@USCG.MIL.
