DNC 16, DNC 17. 1. 41 FOOT S/V WINDWARD PASSAGE, WHITE HULL WITH BLUE STRIPE, ONE PERSON ON BOARD, OVERDUE JERSEY CITY (40-42.60N 074-03.60W) TO BERMUDA (32-21.75N 064-49.00W) OR BAHAMAS (25-00.00N 077-24.00W). LAST KNOWN POSITION IN 40-20.00N 073-45.00W AT 050447Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
