WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. NEW YORK. DNC 17. 41 FOOT S/V, WHITE HULL WITH BLUE STRIPE, UNREPORTED. LAST KNOWN POSITION IN 40-16.15N 073-36.91W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
