DNC 16, DNC 17. 1. 41 FOOT S/V, WHITE HULL WITH BLUE STRIPE, ONE PERSON ON BOARD, UNREPORTED JERSEY CITY (40-20.00N 073-45.00W) AT 050447Z NOV TO BERMUDA (32-21.75N 064-49.0W).
