   WITHIN ONE MILE OF 50-51.5N 008-19.0W. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 4151/00, OPERATIONS COMPLETED.
3. CANCEL HYDROLANT 4195/00, AID RESTORED.
