DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ FROM VESSEL SVYATITEL NIKOLAY
WITHIN THREE MILES OF 52-15N 028-09W. VESSELS IN VICINITY
REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
REPORTS TO MRCC FALMOUTH.
