SOUTH AFRICA-SOUTH COAST. VESSEL PANOS EARTH DISABLED AND ADRIFT VICINITY 37-59S 016-33E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
