VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO CAPE TOWN RADIO, E-MAIL: MARITIMERADIO@IXMAIL.CO.ZA. 2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 36/14.
Reading this warning
