SOUTH ATLANTIC. DNC 01. 1. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED IN 06-20.00S 016-44.62W ON 23 FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 638/18.
