WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ FROM S/V HIGHLAND BREEZE VICINITY 27-54N 053-36W AT 170435Z APR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
