GULF OF MEXICO. TEXAS TO MISSISSIPPI. 32 FOOT S/V LONG LAST, WHITE HULL, ONE PERSON ON BOARD, OVERDUE GALVESTON (29-16N 094-49W) TO OCEAN SPRINGS (30-24N 088-47W). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
