CHART 54240 (11TH ED). IT HAS BEEN REPORTED BY THE CROATIAN STATE MEDIA THAT THE YUGOSLAV NAVY HAS PLACED MINES IN THE ENTIRE BAY OF KOTOR (VICINITY 42-24N 018-33E) AND THAT IT HAS BANNED ALL MARITIME TRAFFIC.
