EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. GRENADA. DNC 14. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ VICINITY 12-30N 062-09W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RSC SAN JUAN, PHONE: 787 289 2042, E-MAIL: SSJCC@USCG.MIL.
