WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. BRAZIL-NORTHEAST COAST. DNC 01. VESSEL ALLURE, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED. LAST KNOWN POSITION 05-45.86S 035-12.25W ON 05 JAN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
