GULF OF GUINEA. NIGERIA. PIRACY. DNC 01. ACT OF PIRACY REPORTED IN 03-54N 005-42E. VESSELS ARE ADVISED TO KEEP CLEAR OF THIS POSITION AND TO EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION.
