EASTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. DNC 01. PIPELINE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE IN AREA WITHIN EIGHT MILES OF 07-27.65S 011-34.25E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
