EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA. M/V EMMANRICK DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 18-10.85N 063-38.53W DUE TO ENGINE FAILURE. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC FORT DE FRANCE, PHONE: 59 659 673 1616 OR U.S. COAST GUARD SAN JUAN, PHONE: 787 289 2041.
