CELTIC SEA. DNC 19. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED IN 48-51.20N 008-00.10W AT 271344Z APR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO UK COAST GUARD.
