WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. DNC 16. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED IN VICINITY 23-17.00N 064-57.00W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO US COAST GUARD SECTOR PUERTO RICO, PHONE: 787 729 6770.
