WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. DNC 16. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406MHZ IN 22-15.00N 063-00.00W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO COMCOGARD SECTOR SAN JUAN, PHONE: 787 289 2041 EMAIL: SSJCC@USCG.MIL.
