EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN SEA. LIBYA. DNC 09. VESSEL REQUESTING ASSISTANCE IN 31-27N 018-45E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
