JAMAICA TO SOUTH CAROLINA. 39 FOOT S/V HALCYON, WHITE HULL, ONE PERSON ON BOARD, OVERDUE JAMAICA (17-59.0N 076-48.0W) TO FOLLY BEACH (32-39.9N 079-56.4W) VIA BAHAMAS. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC MIAMI, PHONE: 305 415 6800.
