EASTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. ANGOLA TO CONGO. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM M/V GOULPHAR BETWEEN SOYO (06-08S 012-22E) AND PORT POINTE NOIRE (04-48S 011-51E). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC CAPE TOWN OR CAPE TOWN RADIO.
