WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. BRAZIL-SOUTHEAST COAST. DNC 01. VESSEL ADRIFT IN 23-02.04S 040-46.17W ON 07 APR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
