F/V VAADI MATHA DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE TROUBLE
IN 19-10N 063-11E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED
TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
