DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED IN 23-14N 059-21E. PERSONS ENTERING LIFERAFTS. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
