WOODEN RAFT, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD, ADRIFT VICINITY
12-05N 093-43E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED
TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
