SOUTH CHINA SEA. INDONESIA. DNC 11. TUG JTN 2012 AND BARGE CEL 203 UNREPORTED. LAST KNOWN POSITION IN VICINITY 00-14.86N 105-53.86E ON 15 APR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC SINGAPORE, PHONE: 656 226 5539, EMAIL: POCC@MPA.GOV.SG.
