SOUTH CHINA SEA. VIETNAM. F/V 90046QNG DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE DAMAGE IN 15-16N 110-50E AT 270200Z APR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM.
