TIMOR SEA. AUSTRALIA. DNC 04. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V HAPPY SKY IN 12-14.5S 130-39.2E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
