(15-22.85N 109-07.05E). TWO PERSONS RECOVERED,
EIGHT PERSONS REMAIN MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY
REQUESTED  TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT,
ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM,
