WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. PHILIPPINE SEA. DNC 12. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 20-07-26N 146-09-10E AT 230818Z APR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 814 5663 4999.
