ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE DAMAGE IN 13-00N 114-10E
AT 150900Z JAN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED
TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.

Persons on board (POB): The number of people reported aboard a vessel in distress, overdue or missing.
Adrift: Loose and moving with wind and current — a vessel, container, buoy, log or anything else no longer secured.
