M/V TCI VIJAJ DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE CASUALTY VICINITY 11-32N 090-42E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
