LAST KNOWN POSITION 26-4.3N 124-5.2E AT 150400Z JUL.
VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT,
ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
