EAST CHINA SEA. TAIWAN. DNC 23. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED IN VICINITY 25-58N 121-49E AT 240223Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 819 8866 4999.
