EAST CHINA SEA. CHINA. DNC 23. F/V NAM SUNG UNREPORTED. LAST KNOWN POSITION 27-00N 122-00E AT 220300Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO 10TH REGIONAL JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 819 9255 4999.
