GULF OF TONKIN. VIETNAM. DNC 23. F/V NA 95066 TS DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 19-01N 107-12E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM, FAX: 8422 5398 1615, E-MAIL: HPLES-GMDSS@HPLES.COM.VN.
Reading this warning
- DNC (Digital Nautical Chart)
