THREE TON VESSEL UCHIDA MARU, WHITE HULL, ONE PERSON ON BOARD, UNREPORTED VICINITY NAZE (28-24N 129-30E). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
