SOUTHWESTERN INDIAN OCEAN. DNC 02. MAN OVERBOARD FROM CABLESHIP RUI NING 21 IN VICINITY 30-49.5S 037-35.6E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
