EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 13. M/V STELLA REPORTS CREWMAN REQUIRING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE IN 31-29.4N 154-46.3W AT 260542Z APR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
