PHILIPPINE SEA. DNC 23. F/V NO.28 KATSU MARU ON FIRE AND ADRIFT IN 20-23N 130-57E. EIGHT CREW HAVE ABANDONED SHIP. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
